Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or launching new product drops, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you directly via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage):

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days
• Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days once handed to the carrier

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your shipping label has been generated. Tracking info will typically begin updating within 24–48 hours of the carrier scan.

Damages & Order Issues

Kinetic Surge Trading Co. is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at info@kineticsurgetradingco.com with photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

We currently only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
